Following the completion of our Threshold Assessment, athletes receive a Performance Plan with individually tailored training regimens. The Performance Plan serves as the athlete’s training roadmap, addressing individual mobility and strength needs, along with a skill-development plan to reach key performance indicators.
The training platform at S2 has really given me an opportunity to reach my fullest potential while also being able to learn about my own program and understand the “why” behind the training. Understanding why we do certain movements and exercises has helped me tremendously with applying it to softball skills along with being able to make adjustments at practice and in-game as well

S2 has been a great training platform for our daughter. We love and appreciate the time and detail that is put into her individual workouts based on the data compiled in the movement screenings. She truly enjoys the workouts and we have seen growth. Not only is she stronger and more confident in her movements, but she is also more confident in herself as a young woman. She feels good and it shows.
