S2 athletes have access to our facility during all days of normal operation and get to experience a training culture that is unique, fun and competitive. While working with our S2 coaches to follow their individualized training plans, athletes are surrounded and inspired by like-minded peers, all committed to owning their player development journey.
At S2 Breakthrough athlete development and health are our top priorities. Our player development system focuses on training athletes in a holistic manner, and is designed to integrate and improve the following areas:

Following the completion of our Threshold Assessment, athletes receive a Performance Plan with individually tailored training regimens. The Performance Plan serves as the athlete’s training roadmap, addressing individual mobility and strength needs, along with a skill-development plan to reach key performance indicators.
