Following the completion of our Threshold Assessment, remote athletes receive an individualized Performance Plan, addressing both strength and conditioning and skill enhancement. This plan is highly customized; accessible equipment, physical space, and technology are interwoven into each athlete’s experience. Athletes work closely with the S2 staff to ensure the training program complements and supports their typical training schedule.

Beyond physical training, the S2 Team provides holistic support to each athlete to manage training volume and maintain overall wellness. We identify potential scenarios that may result in overtraining, modify training to accommodate the time of year, and regularly collect athlete data to monitor for fatigue, stress, and arm pain to reduce the risk of injury. Our Team can support you in multiple areas of your athletic development.

The S2 Team is accessible via chat, video analysis, and virtual meetings. An athlete’s training journey entails numerous milestones. Our team provides guidance and support through every step of their development.
