Introducing RIGHT FIT!
S2 Breakthrough is excited to announce that Right Fit will be
providing strength and conditioning at S2 Breakthrough starting
Right Fit assesses body composition, evaluates movement, and
prescribes a results-oriented group fitness or personal training
program designed to meet the individual needs and training goals
of each adult and athlete.

Monday, July 10th
Come meet the trainers, receive a free assessment,
and join a free workout!
Come get your muscle mass, fat mass, body fat %, hydration
status, body symmetry and more!
July 12th – August 31st
Right Fit will be running our strength and conditioning classes in
the interim period from July 12th – August 31st.
ALL clients(new and existing) can attend a FREE week of classes
during this time period to meet the Right Fit trainers and
experience the Right Fit workouts!
Class Schedule (July 12th – August 31st):
Mondays – 5:00 pm
Thursdays – 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Saturdays – 8:00 am
